Breakfast area overly crowded with limited seating!!! The pool closure on Wednesdays for men is frustrating, especially since it was a key reason for choosing the hotel. Replenishing the buffet should be a priority!!!

Staff was polite and helpful, especially a man at reception who helped us sort a minor issue with check-in. The suite was comfortable, with a nice view that made waking up feel refreshing.

I wanted scrambled eggs done a certain way, but got an oily mix instead. The staff at front desk, especially Hussain, greeted us warmly after a rough transit and made our check-in quick. The pleasant smell in the hotel was a nice touch. dealing with the fire alarm issues was difficult. We woke up multiple times because of it, and the alarm was way too loud. It felt scary, especially with the stress of our children. The shower pressure was subpar, adding to the frustration. Could use better soundproofing and attention to breakfast orders. Still, I appreciated the good housekeeping. Could be great with a few tweaks.

Proximity to the National Museum was nice, but a bit far from the modern parts of Doha.
